AMCap was made as a tiny and working video capture as well as a preview instrument working with Microsoft DirectShow (known in the past as ActiveMovie, hence coming its name).
Among the program's capabilities we can find DV camcorder support, enhanced TV tuner and MPEG2 support as well.
AMCap provides still capture options, compression, multi-monitor handling, zooming, full-screen. The always on top feature, parameter save and restore are here to ensure ergonomy in use.

How to install & uninstall AMCap - system requirements
