AVS TV Box was designed as a general PC TV viewer instrument that provides also Personal Video Recorder functionality (PVR) and that lets you schedule the recordings.
This program is fit for almost all windows compatible video capture devices e.g. satellite, and DVB cards, miniDV cameras as well as video capture cards and web cams which have a hardware MPEG 2 encoder.
