General: well one thing ashampoo software has problems it installs easy but sometime when you try to use it well all problems breaks loose trying to uninstall it for get it i no because i have used it took it off my pc had to reinstall windows and clean all traces of it out
Pros: well i cant say anything good about ashmpoo softwarehe
Cons: maybe it works for otheres some like it not me it works on windows xp sp2 i dont no if they have support for vista yet this is my opinon becaused i used it
