Review and how it works
CPU-Z gives full information about the processor and hardware attached to your PC.
In a single window, this instrument is able to display computer component functions e.g. CPU name, number and manufacturer, core voltage, BIOS model / date, RAM frequency / serial number and model, info regarding the graphic user interface and even the DirectX edition from your machine.
All the eaded data can be recorded in a database, so you can watch some useful statistics regarding the mostly used central processing units, mainboards, RAM, chipsets and the CPU / memory records.
What is new? A new package with installer replaces now the stand-alone edition. This improves the instrument activity and accessibility.
Intel "Clarkdale" microprocessor support.
The detection engine is now present for adjusted use through the CPUID System Info Development Kit, a pretty complex devkit created for the Windows OS.
How to install & uninstall CPU-Z - system requirements Nothing special to install, use or uninstall it.
