Review and how it works
Capture By George! comes as a screen capture program with lot of options but still simple to use.
A remote control will be displayed on the screen next to a square and four rulers. Just drag and stretch the square pixel by pixel to the desired size and press capture button form the remote.
A petite screen will show directly on the remote control a thumbnail of the in capture. By double clicking on it, the image will be shown at its actual size.
Capture By George! software allows users to edit, save the captured image (i.e. screenshot) or even print it.
Among the program's options there are: enhanced Print Preview support; a simple Image Editor, rotating, scale, cropping captured screens; and a wholly new Save As feature.
Users may pick amongst five file types (BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF), adjust color and dithering settings to achieve the optimal result.
Adjustments are visualized instantaneously, offering the capability to compare about four diverse results from saving in different types of formats and compression levels at once.
