Crypto! was conceived to be a Windows edition of the wide-used cryptogram puzzles often found in puzzle books and the Sunday paper.
Crypto! selects a quote or phrase from its library of 50, encrypts it, and presents it for you to solve.
Solving cryptograms with it is more fun because it's handy to try several letters and undo mistakes. Letter frequencies are provided, and there are several hints and assists to get you started rapidly.
With it, the user is able to produce the personal puzzles, and users are able to print puzzles for others to solve. Complete on-line help is integrated, plus a tutorial introduction to get you started rapidly. The registered edition of it features about 11,500 quotes and phrases.
