Desktop Author acts as an electronic publishing instrument that aids you make 3d page turning digital web books.
Digital web books are every kind of e-publication such as e-brochures, e-books, digital picture albums, e-cards, digital diaries, online resumes, quizzes, exams, tests, forms and surveys.
Digital web books made with this application may be presented in a simple format or it is possible to present the digital web books as web pages with no necessity for HTML, ASP or other programming knowledge. When you present the digital web books as web pages the end user can detach them and turn them into simple digital web books.

This tool is the worlds first DRM - Payment gateway combination integrated within a reader and packagable from a commercially present instrument. With the DNL DRM feature, the author is intended to preset the amount of free pages the end user is intended to view. Upon reaching the end of the free page section the end user is prompted to pay for the rest of the eBook, once payment is made through the payment gateway the rest of the eBook is unlocked and the end user is free to view the rest of the eBook on their own computer.
The end user can pass the eBook on to other PC's however any new computer the eBook is relocated to will activate the DNL DRM and payment must be made in order for the end user to read the DNL DRM protected content.
The evolution of Editable image option in it provides users with the capability to conveniently generate digital picture albums which users can introduce photos into. This makes them the exact replicas in digital format of a physical photo album. Users may resell the digital picture albums newly created.
The DeskTop Author comes bundled featuring more than 500 pre-designed page templates, buttons, a multi-select option, a fresh new user interface and a satisfying capability to produce digital books and pages of each shape.
