FXBear Audio Editor is a simple instrument that allows to edit sound files like MP3, OGG, WMA and WAV.
You can select and copy any part, remove or save only selections to a new file, save to a new file and/or format and modify tag data.
Some of its practical functions are: noise removal, silence, echo effect, fade in/out, invert, amplify, reverse, low pass, high pass, band pass/stop, bass boost. Zoom and pan are also accessible for accurate operations.
