Review and how it works
Fwink was made as a free and open source webcam tool for Windows. It takes photos from the camera at timed intervals and puts them on the website with FTP.
Users are able to add effects like text messages, time stamps and an overlay image.
Users are able to superimpose a logo, or each image the user wishes, on top of the webcam image.
The following image types are supported: JPEG, GIF (transparency is supported), PNG (transparency and alpha are supported), BMP, TIFF and WMF.
Users are able to now trigger the camera with the ATI Remote Wonder. Instructions for configuring this plug-in are provided with Fwink.
