Review and how it works

Although several things e.g. emotion and thought can be not easy to measure, some things are much simpler to quantitize.
Measurement Converter assists in converting one measurement to another similar measurement.
Why persons care so much about measurements and conversions still remain a mystery to one e.g. myself. I am convinced however that there could be a handy purpose for it. A recipe, for instance, might be written in the metric system.
Someone, having only cups, tablespoons, teaspoons and the like could find it distressing when attempting to follow this kind of recipe.
Operating with a program e.g. This utility would, in this genuine individual situation, prove handy. On the other hand, there are several situations where a program e.g. This utility would not provide much help.
Cooking almost an open fire while camping could be a possible example where a program e.g. It would not be very handy. Every time I went camping as a boy scout I has been instructed to locate a 'current bush' which would supposedly allow us to plug in each electrical device we may have brought. To this day I have not found one yet. Seeing that a program e.g. It generally runs on a PC - and a PC of course demands electricity, I believe a program e.g. It would not be very handy when cooking almost an open fire while camping. This does not mean that a program e.g. Measurement Converter is completely useless.
Inquiring minds often pose questions which may only be answered by converting one measurement to another.
I once heard of a rocket that did not make it into orbit practically because the programmers forgot to convert feet to meters. Of course that is only hearsay. If it were true, however unlikely, then I would be inclined to reason that a program e.g. Measurement Converter may have proved quite handy.
