General: Does this even do anything?

Pros: It appears to do a lot of checking and repairing.

Cons: If I run it twice in a row, it comes up with the same errors. Also, running RegCure after running MyRegistryCleaner, it comes up with 1,039 problems found! My computer doesn't run faster after running MyRegistryCleaner, so I assume it does nothing and fixes nothing.
