Pirate Isles: Looking for the good game to play together with the kids or friends? Disgusted of violence? Like the humor and nice graphics? If yes, then try it!
The game presents itself as a game of strategy in which the luck will also play its role. You will have to direct a team of pirates and to collect sacks full of gold, and bring them on the ship - the more the better because it will be a competition.
From 2 to 4 pirate teams either human or PC controlled can land the treasure island. Every team has one ship (the galleon) and about four pirates under its command. At the game start all pirates are on their ship and the fog hides the cells of the map - there may be anything hidden in the fog. There are numerous obstacles on the map - swamps, tornadoes, cute animals.
The game is about pirates, but all interactions between characters are made in humorous manner and are peaceful, and the game is fit both for kids and for pacifists.
Pirate Isles presents itself as a really interesting game for a family evening.
