Print Inspector comes as a complex print management and auditing instrument for the corporate network.
This application assists the user to manage its print jobs queued to a shared printer. It is possible to pause or cancel a job, view the properties of the currently processed document, resume, restart the job etc.
Print Inspector offers uncomplicated access to the printer and print server settings.
Prints Inspector also tools complex print auditing capabilities: it saves to the unusual database exhaustive statistics about all printed documents (including the document name, date and number of pages, job date and time, name of the user who created the job, name of the PC from which the job has been sent to the printer and more).
An incorporated reporting program assists the user to build several reports founded on the collected data (the report may be as handy as the list of all printed jobs or can include exhaustive statistics for all printed documents and all users).
The user is able to export all data to CSV format and analyze it with Microsoft Excel or other similar program.
