Review and how it works
RasterVect Vectorizer can transform each raster photos into a vector format which is recognized by cad utilities like AutoCAD and Corel Draw.
Raster drawing may be imported by scanning exclusive paper drawings.
There is TWAIN support for importing from scanners.
With RasterVect, the photos may be acquired from almost any scanner.
The target vector sorts (DXF,WMF,EMF,EPS and AI) are allowed by most CAD tools which make use of vector graphics, for instance AutoCAD and Corel Draw.
It incorporates several tools for viewing, zooming, scrolling and color picking.
What is new? Vector length filter was added and a few minor bugs have been fixed.
Brief details Recognizes orthogonal lines, inclined lines, arcs and circles.
Provides four different conversion methods (outline, centerline etc).
Has modes ORTHO and SNAP. Forms correct corners at crossing lines, arcs and circles. Keeps scale of an initial drawing.
The vectorizer incorporates TWAIN support (there is scanning in the program).
Target vector sorts (,EMF,EPS, DXF,WMF and AI) are allowed by most CAD tools which make use of vector graphics, for example AutoCAD and Corel Draw.
Correct a turn angle of an initial raster drawing. Has despeckle filter.
Recognize color pictures or transform their to black-and-white for the subsequent recognition.
Batch vectorize mode and Macros.
Vector and raster editing opportunities.
Permits multiple raster and vector sorts, has own combined (raster+vector) format.
How to install & uninstall RasterVect - system requirements Works on any Pentium-100 with 32 MB RAM.
