SoftCab Webcam Spy allows to input images from a regular web camera or tv tuner. It turns the webcam in a motion-sensing camera which can be utilized for the security of of your residence. When it detects a motion, it can start to play a file in Wav format or open a third party program.
This surveillance application is able to record images and sounds or to store only same snapshots.
