Review and how it works

TextTransformer can analyze texts and transform them. For this you must write convenient rules describing the structure of the source text and determining how the parts it shall be transformed to the target text. A single rule for instance is enough to make several replacements of words.
Existing examples may be modified to achieve speedy results.
Every change may be tested rapidly. For this, it enables stepwise transformations in a debugger, where users are able to see rapidly what happens. So the development even of superior instruments becomes a game. Convenient rules may be combined to arbitrary superior instruments. Even grammars of programming languages may be described, e.g. to translate them into another one.
The TextTransformer free release (not time limited) has nearly all possibilities to analyze texts and to transform them. After you have installed the application, the functionality of the standard release (see below) may be tested for 30 days.
The standard release has a further transformation manager to transform groups of files interactively.
The current release also has augmented interpreter capabilities: subexpressions of tokens may be accessed and containers was intended.
In the professional release of the TextTransformer a ready transformation software may be exported as c++-code for use in other instruments.
