LeechFTP presents itself as a free and completely functionally FTP client.
The first news about LeechFTP is that it's a free FTP client with multithreading capabilities. This means that it is able to able to execute transfers in parallel and it will operate fast and efficient.
Although this version it's no longer under development, this client is still a functional application for anyone that wish a handy and free method to practically upload and download their files.
All the activities like download and upload are processed one after another.Transfer processing is done by separate threads, so users are able to connect to another server meanwhile.
It has options for using a proxy server for HTTP requests or a firewall, for modifying the appearance of the tool, adjusting the connections, the possibility to ignore files depending on their extensions and others.

-Provides a tabbed user interface for trouble-free file transfers
-Drag-and-drop files is allowed.
-The files may be added into a Job Queue. It includes even a queue timer intended to make unattended downloads or uploads.
-Leech FTP encloses resumable downloads.
