General: Been using this software for a 2 years and it was fine. I have it on my first machine as 2009v35. I installed the latest version available my second machine. Both machines use XP Pro. On this new machine converting M2TS files to DivX AVI does not work (video is fine but sound is bad). The same conversion works fine on the old machine that has 2009v35
Uninstalled 2010v37 and then tried to install the older 2009v35 on the new machine and now Super is not even starting. So I uninstalled this and reinstalled the latest 2010v37, and it runs fine, but it still does not do the M2TS conversion properly.
1. SUPER WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO INSTALL A WORKING OLDER VERSION ON YOUR MACHINE.
2. THEIR BULLETIN BOARD DOES NOT LOAD UP, and other bulletin boards claim the same and that the board is a mess (their opinion, not mine).
3. SUPER SUPPORT IS POSSIBLE ONLY VIA THEIR NON LOADING FORUM ..... (ok others were able to load it but complaining of other things such as not being able to sign in .... just google for the reference).
It does most conversions fine, but may not do all as it advertises.
Pros: 1.Seems able to convert a bunch of stuff OK.
Cons: 1. Support is via bulletin boards, but those do not work.
2. Can not install an older version on the machine.
3. Others complain of intrusive practices by the publisher. Not sure, but tell you what: if uninstallng latest version and installing older version does not work, guess they do something intrusive to your machine
4. Can not convert m2ts to avi files with 37 release (video fine, sound bad; tried both divx and xvid).

General: I downloaded and uninstalled it 1 months ago. Now I would like to reinstall super again. However, my computer warn that an old edition were found in my computer when reinstall. After installation completed, the super doesn't work. It was no response. I tried to uninstall the old version via add/remove software but no software was found in the list. What can I do for install super now ?

As I know, it comes with an automatic upgrade. If you didn’t use this function and you want to fully uninstall it may be helpful to use a tool like Revo Uninstaller. Revo will remove all its components and then you may start to install the new version.
